古い建物であるが客室の清掃などは行き届きアメニティも充実、しかしなから廊下ドア建具など大きな補修が必要な所も多々ある。 夕食時メインダイニングにヴァイオリンの生演奏があり夜景を望む席でとても良かったです。

竹島近くのこの伝統あるホテルに一度宿泊してみたかったので、良い経験になりました。 駅からの送迎がないのが残念ですが、タクシーで千円程度の距離です。 部屋は特に広くはないが、歴史を感じる調度でとても清潔でした。

石原副支配人とレストランで食事をしながら、色々と会話が出来、とても楽しかったです。食事は、とても美味しかったですが、アラカルトメニューがあったら、良いですね！でも、年寄り向けにアレンジしてくれて助かりました。母も喜んでいました。

クラシックホテルの雰囲気を堪能出来るホテル

やはり浜松の呉竹荘が運営するようになってからどうこうというより、そもそもクラシックホテルとしての資産価値は大変感じられる建物は一見の価値有り。ただし、従業員が高級感をはき違えた接客をしている点が不快に感じる。特にメインダイニングでの田舎接客はその典型だろう。「ニューハーフショー」のポスターやチラシが至る所に貼られている点も、ホテルの品格を損なうため考え直す必要があるだろう。また、部屋の窓ガラスの指紋や手形が拭ききれておらず、不潔感があり清掃面での不安を覚えた。ロケーション、建物のハード面は素晴らしいが、呉竹のソフト面がハードに追いついていない感が残念な施設であります。

客室からの眺めが素敵なホテル

客室からの眺めも素敵で、レストランの食事も美味しかったです。スタッフの対応もとても感じ良かったです。伝統あるホテルで、外観も当時のまま保存してあるので、古い造りのままですが、情緒があって素敵でした。内装は改装が施してあり、清潔感のある洋室でした。

クラシックホテルを楽しむには最高の環境

名前の通り、クラシックスタイルのホテルで、味わいのある歴史を感じさせる建物と行き届いたサービスは、ホテルステイを楽しみたい人には素晴らしい環境。食事を取るところ始め、周囲にはいろいろなモノがあるわけではなく、あまり観光地開発もされていないので、ホテルの外に出ていろいろ楽しもうとおもってもこれといったものはありません。逆に、食事を含め、ホテルでゆったりと休暇を楽しみたい人には最適なのではないでしょうか。
