Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines.

The was absolutely no access to the internet either in the rooms or the public areas. I also was bitten by a bed bug from the extra bedding in the room cupboard. This hotel is fine for family groups and those who like regimented experiences but not for travellers wanting an more memorable onsen experience

우나즈키온천에 다른 선택지를 찾아봐야지..

방은 깨끗하게 리노베이션 되었지만 잠자리가 편안하진 않았다. 난방으로 건조하고 바람소리 같은 소음에 시달림. 고장난 부분들이 많다.-엘리베이터, 개수대, 샤워기 등등 식사에 만족도 떨어짐- 장소의 분위기도 번잡스럽고 뷔페에 딱 맛있는 음식이 없다.

三連休に2泊しましたが、朝食、夕食ともバイキングの内容が全く一緒。 館内は古いのは仕方ないとして、部屋にはほこり、チェックアウトは自動精算機でと知らないところにきちんとした説明なし。 支払いを済ませ鍵をスタッフの方に渡しても受け取りはしてくれましたが、挨拶なし。 これまで色々なホテルを利用しましたが、朝会ってもおはようございますの挨拶もなく、驚きました。特に男性のスタッフさんがそうでした。ホテルのホスピタリティは？と感じました。

駅から近くて、広々としています。 温泉も気持ちよくて、景色がいい感じの露天風呂が気に入りました。 食事も種類が豊富で、味も美味しい料理がそろったバイキングで、楽しめました。 別館にされると食堂を通ってロビーや温泉に行かないといけないので、そっちだと嫌でしたが、本館でよかったです。

客室に古さ感じる。。

大人２人、子供小学生１人で和室で宿泊しました。 客室が古さがあり、カビくさかった。 価格と見合ってないように感じた。 バイキング料理があまり美味しく感じ無かった。

もう少し清掃に心がけたらどうでしょうかね！

トイレにお手拭きが置いてない（タオルが付いていなく不便） 建具の桟に埃が溜まっている。 網戸は埃だらけ（全くと言っていいほど掃除がされてない様子） エレベータの中の端の方が埃だらけ

照明のセンサーの音が少々うるさかった。 冷蔵庫は常にスイッチを入れとく必要はないのではないか？入室時に入れるよう説明なり本体に注意書きしておけばエコになるのではないか？

カミソリがあれば良かった

内容は概ね満足ですが、ヒゲ剃りのカミソリがなかったように思う。自分の見落しかもしれません。電気カミソリは持参したが、カミソリの方が綺麗に剃れる。

お部屋に浴衣がなかった。勝手に浴衣置き場から持って行かないといけないようだが、チェックインの時説明がなかったので困った。 慌ててバスタオルを見失って、余分に1枚借りたら、330円請求された。 コロナ禍の今、使ってないからと返却するのをためらったのだけど、お構い無しに返せば良かったのかな。
