"This is an old hotel and we were disappointed in this property, which supposed to be part of the an Accor group. The room was ok, but bed had no support and was lumpy, the linens are poor in quality (sheets, pillows and blanket) and the towels were non-absorbent. We heard planes until the late hours of the night and there was a party somewhere in the hotel with heavy bass music and lots of people yelling. If any of these things are important to you for a good night’s rest, take a pass! "

"Convenience is the greatest feature of this hotel. It is a little dated and staff not super nice, but it does the job, as it is just a stop for most. I booked a room just so my parents would have a rest for a couple hours during a layover. Good enough I would say."

"Bed was hard as a rock, pillows flat. Terrible nights sleep. Don’t even give you toothpaste "

"You can't beat the price! The rooms were clean but need some serious updating. The staff is super friendly. The pool is out of commission for the rest of the month so we didn't get to go in the pool. They have a little convenience store with breakfast foods and alcohol but it was closed. Great restaurant next-door."

"This place was fine. Beach was good except they placed $200 cabanas in front of the other chairs so the ocean view was blocked. We were charged for umbrellas .. even though the price included resort fees. Parking was very high $50! The location was great .. within walking distance to all good activities. The staff were kind .. room was kept clean. Outdoor pool was nice and the bartender was cool. We missed the mermaid show because it was booked for a party. Ask ahead if you’re going specifically for that."

"Clean room, amazing staff (Diana was so kind and helpful) & very close to the beach The only negative point was that we had a late checkout, and it seems that it was not communicated to the staff. As a result, 4 different people came to ask us about it, and we had to repeat the same thing every time. Otherwise, I would recommend the hotel !"
