"We did not have a hot tub. The hotel office was under reconstruction, was not clear on where to go to check in. I reached the make-shift receptionist area and the lady at the front desk was not very polite or welcoming. I felt like I was a burden for being in her presence. I smiled and she just looked past me. The parking was impossible as I had to let the front desk know that I parked in one of the charging stations, as the garage was full(I do not own a EV), and I paid to park every night of my stay. We come to the Promenade every year for our anniversary; however, after this last stay, I think we will be looking for another hotel."

"Like that you need to use your room key for the elevator to work. Room was not user friendly. To get from the door to the bed area, my small suitcase on wheels didn’t make it through the tiny space. There was left over food and drinks in the fridge from a previous guest. Blankets on the bed were not long enough. They came up to my lower back with my feet at the bottom of the bed. Previous occupant set alarms for midnight at 2am. So lovely to be woken up. "

"Breakfast was very average. Only disposable cups offered at restaurant and in kitchenette room. Gym opened later at 7am so not possible to exercise before work. "

"We stay here regularly on our yearly trip to the island. The rooms are great - comfortable and clean, staff super friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant is very good. The neighborhood feels welcoming and friendly too. Highly recommended!"
