I stayed here for 2 nights and greatly enjoyed my stay. It was the single cheapest hotel in the lower mainland and yet still delivered great value. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it smelled nice. It’s also in a fairly peaceful area with trees in the back

Underrated hotel in my view for its excellent location, quite park pocket in which it is situated with all the good things just a mere stone's throw away at the same time. Just 5 min from the Trans-Canadian hwy too. Never had complications with checking in or out either

Many things in poor or broken shape. Toilet took 10 flushes to flush properly and 10 minutes to refill tank. For the expensive price you should expect better condition. Garbage scattered all around hotel. Only good thing was friendly and helpful staff.

The parking was easy, even thought the parking spaces in front of my room were ALL occupied by the “movie/show” that was being filmed. The AC was noisy and worthless. The room was relatively clean, BUT SO DATED!! Needed paint. The door had gaps init to the outside. The sink/counter was at a level for a toddler. And the worst part— NO WIFI!! Front desk said it was because the “movie crew” were using it!! REALLY!! I cannot recommend this place at all.

Nothing unique about property. We could not stay their as there wasn't a room available to us. Yes it was close to all the conveniences which is a good thing. Disappointed & won't stay there again. Request money back and hotel won't charge us any penalties.
