"Our experience as a whole was excellent. The hotel is beautiful and location is excellent. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Very delicious crab cake! That being said, the hotel is starting to show wear. Our bathroom door was warped from water damage. The sink was clogged. The bathroom mirror lighting needed replaced. I did call the front desk and maintenance came right away. The sink was fixed. They could not fix the lighting as they did not have the parts. The main part of our suite had...

"Everything was great and the staff where very friendly and informative. The pool was great and the areas around where well kept. The parking area was small with a not to many empty spots and had security cameras which made it feel safe."

"Room was clean, staff was helpful, an average Breakfast . easy and safe parking"

"We have stayed here several times and this is the first time I could not give 5 stars. We truly love staying here, there is so much to like. However, the following are genuine observations versus criticism and meant to help with keeping this a great place to stay. 1. Balcony = just enough room to sit outside with two chairs and a whopping great fan the sound of a jet engine constantly turning off and on right next to it. 2. Fan = noise permeating into the room so much we had to turn the...

"I loved it! Room was clean and staff were extremely polite and helpful."

"The room smelled very musty and mildewy like it had had unresolved water damage. I ended up sleeping only two hours there and leaving because the smell was overpowering."

"Room needs some help. Shower curtain was too short for the shower so th whole bathroom floor got soaked. The rooms were a little beat up. So close to the beach and fun in Dewey. Great staff. Great location"

"When we arrived, no one was at the front desk. After several minutes, a man finally came and I found him a tad rude and unapologetic. Other staff like the maid service and lady at the desk were nicer and more helpful. They did have to refill the pool towels, like usual when we've stayed before. The toilet seat and shower head in the bathroom needs upgrading, but the room was fine besides those things. I do hope that there are cameras in the pool, hot tub, and splash pad area for insurance...

"We stayed during the off season so didn’t take advantage of all the amenities. The location can’t be beat, parking is included and the staff were friendly and accommodating"

"Always love staying here when in Rehoboth. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Perfect location and shoutout to the bar and restaurant staff."
