"Clean rooms nice pool great breakfast bar and wonderful staff "

"The hotel rooms smell musty and moldy. The AC was decent but seemed to have quit in the middle of the night. The mattress was awful. It was obviously a very old mattress. It was very worn in, to the point my partner and I had to sleep spaced apart as we would roll into each other. Both of us woke up with back pain and involuntarily slept at an incline. We would not stay here again for this reason. The bathroom and shower were nice. They seemed to have been recently updated and the shower was all glass. "

"Everytime I left the room, the room key stopped working & I would have to go back to the front desk to reactivate it. The door was difficult to open as well. The water was never really hot either. "

"The hot tub was covered with plywood, I tried to get into the pool and instantly hurt my foot on the sharp bottom of the pool. There was a lot of paint peeling in the bathroom falling into the shower/ tub, also no water pressure. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and the room door barely opened/ closed with an almost half inch gap. The evevators are insanely sketchy! The back elevator the door almost rattles the whole elevator apart when it closes and opens, the front one drops like 8 inches every time it stopped at a floor. I heard two female staff members at the front desk argue with eachother every time I saw them working together it wasn’t a pleasant or welcoming stay. Don’t stay here! The only friendly experience at this place was the shuddle driver."
