"Small dated and musty rooms. Housekeeping service is a knock and towels. No trash removal or anything. Windows not noise insulated. On the last night i saw a small bug with wings in my room.Shirtless man sitting outside his room in desk chair on sidewalk smoking a cigarette was just the cherry on top."

"Great hotel. Clean, safe, great staff. Right across the street from Universal Studios with a walking bridge. Nice pool but a ton of kids so if you don't want to be around tons of kids in the lobby, pool, etc.., you may want to look elsewhere. The room were clean, shower was great, big spacious room. Pet friendly. Just a great hotel and a great experience for us staying here."

"The villa was clean. Limited items in the kitchen and the bunk room got shot hot that the top bunks were unusable multiple nights. The AC is set to 70 and the bunks block the vents. Called in to the number and didn't always reach a person so had to wait until the next day. Lots of charges for things- parking, pickle ball, etc. Our villa was very far from the pool. Easy to get around and close to things."

"The room was okay. I just didn’t like that you couldn’t close the door to the bathroom because the toilet was too close and the lock to the bathroom door is on the outside instead of the inside."
