"When we got to the hotel we were only supplied one door card between 2 people which is an inconvenience. The staff are rude and not helpful. The property is dirty and rooms are not cleaned.This hotel is not capable of being a 3 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Total waste of money."

"I would avoid booking this property. The food wasn’t very good and although it says all inclusive that only includes the worst low quality alcohol at the bars. Any normal cocktails cost extra. The cleanliness was certainly not up to par and they force you to wait for someone to take you to your room just so that person can ask you for money. I will not be staying here again"

"My partner and I stayed here for ten days on an all inclusive basis. Our room was on the seventh floor with a fab view if the sea. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, and there were plenty of options at our meals. We also had massages while we were there and Karem and Mina were very professional. We will definitely be back. We would certainly recommend this Hotel."

"Our stay at Simply Fine hotel was anything but simply fine. We booked 4 nights but only stayed 1 night here. The food options were limited & gone-off. The lights in the corridors were not working, like you were in a horror movie. The lift was not working, you had to wait at least 5 minutes to use it. The facilities were poor.
