From the very first moment of arrival, the high standard of service, attention to detail, and impeccable organization were immediately evident. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully arranged, and provided a calm and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The hotel restaurant was outstanding in every aspect. The quality of the food was excellent, with fresh ingredients, refined flavors, and a well-curated menu. Mr. Sinan, working in the restaurant, demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism. Best hotel in the area

It was a great stay we had a swim up room and it was an amazing holiday they do have a nightclub attached that can get noisy on weekends but nothing too crazy the rest of the place is paradise.. food and drinks are charged at London prices so it won’t be a cheap stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The swim up room is amazing. So nice being able to dip in and out of the pool at your own leisure. Great they also have their own platform at the beach too to relax at. Definitely hoping to stay here again.

Great hotel by the beach

Thank you for a fantastic stay at a great hotel just outside the city centre. The staff was very friendly (everyone) - and both the spa and restaurants were very good. Sushi and good drinks on the roof terrace, and al a carte restaurant on the first floor - both facing the sea. We will be back!

We loved our room . We had a private pool room and it was amazing. There was a good view of the sea. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The staff was always willing to help with whatever we needed . We will definitely stay here again. We also enjoyed dinner at night onsite at the restaurant. We had one morning at the spa and it was very relaxing .

Not all Deluxe Sea View - Swim-Up rooms have swim-

Reserved and payed 27 945 Turkish Lira for two nights in a Deluxe Sea View - Swim-Up room. Not only did this room not look like pictures, it also didn’t have a proper swim-up. The "Sea View" was also blocked by dried up plants. There was also a path from room 101 right infront of our room, so there is not really any privacy. The receptionists was very friendly. But when we complained about the room the manager came and didn’t even speak to us, he only spoke to his employees in Turkish. His solution to the problem was to refund the money and then we had to leave or we could just keep the room as it is… Soo it was HIS way or the highway… We stayed here last year and enjoyed it very much. Not so much this time… Very dissapointed that there was no compansation or complimentary on the house…

Lovely romantic escape

We will definitely be returning! The suite was modern and spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Most daytime hours were spent on the beach lounging in the cabana beds or at the pool. Very relaxing atmosphere but still high-end. The best part was the amazing staff. At both of the restaurants we were treated so well experienced the warm Turkish hospitality.

Love this hotel

We have been here 7 times and we are looking forward to our next stay. Hotel staff is amazing! Check in, perfect!! The QR code was a new system, great idea!!! But unfortunately it didn’t work. We did have some issues with the restaurant, where they forgot our table reservation 2 nights in a row. But overall a wonderful stay See you soon

The apartment was fantastic but Expedia did not state that the room that we chose was facing the beach club. It should say beach club + partial seaview not just seaview. This was a massive shame. When trying to change the room the hotel staff were not helpful at first, and actually stated it would be "difficult" as opposed to not possible, then the next day when trying again they told me it was fully booked. When we arrived we were greeted with a very loud party that went on till 10pm normally they finish at 7pm. (It would have been nice for Expedia to inform me that this was a possibility with this room) The other side of the hotel was quiet and had a private pool that seemed more exclusive. (We would have preferred this end massively) This was the biggest let down. Expedia should state that your view faces the beach club and is noisy. Breakfast and the facilities were fantastic though.

Pros and cons

Hotel is on lovely grounds, however it is a place for couples who are happy hear loud music all day and night (whatever room you are located in). Nightclub on sight which means the nights are gonna be busy as it seems to be the place to go for partygoers from all over Alanya. However the plus points are worth mentioning, rooms nice and spacious with good shower, Plunge pool access room nice to come and chill and enjoy the hot weather, location is brilliant as right on the beach and SPA was a nice experience too.

Excellent hotel. Nothing is too much trouble, requested a birthday cake for my partner and they brought us the most delicious chocolate cake I have ever tasted! Rooms are lovely and spacious, super big comfy bed, mini bar with water and soft drinks all included and topped up during stay. We had the swim up pool room which is well worth it. Beach club next door we didn't visit but loved the tunes during the day, has a bit of an ibiza chilled vibe to it. We preferred the breakfast in the beach bar than the one included, but was very good value for money and the omelettes were amazing! The pizza during the day is one of the best pizzas I have ever tasted and the service whilst you are sunbathing is also top knotch! Going to book again for next year!

This hotel is the best in Alanya you can find and stay. The staff is very friendly, the property is very clean, especially if you enter to the lobby the very nice parfum smell gives you directly a home feeling ❤️ The breakfast is amazing with lots is nice and delicious variety and the view of the sea during the stay in the restaurant is unbelievable nice 😊 In the evening you can visit the club at the top roof of this hotel with the best view over Alanya with very quality clubbing music and nice guests 💕 Our especially thanks goes to the General Manager Mr. ERCAN BESALTI who takes customer wishes very seriously and takes care with every issue you have. His hospitality as a manager is amazing 🧿 If your time is valuable choose DAY ONE HOTEL 🌹

The good: - direct beach access - beds are comfortable - Origin restaurant nice in the evening - setting overlooking Alanya bay and the castle is lovely The bad: - noisy. Beach club playing loud music in the afternoon but bearable in the swim up rooms. At night a different story. Loud music from the night club, car park and partying hotel guests in rooms nears us until at least 3 am. Noise insulation of rooms terrible - reception staff not welcoming at all - while some service staff are friendly and work very hard, many of them are not and seem to lack training - some of the facilities already look tired. The ladder into sea is rusty and should be replaced - breakfast is ok but service very poor. Staff mainly chatting with each other rather than clearing plates and taking orders I think the hotel has a lot of potential but clearly needs better management and staff training. There are a lot of better options in Turkey in this price category. I don’t think we will come back

Not up to the luxury promise

The hotel is in very good location, first impression was good, but the service has been not at the standard of a luxury hotel. I tried to days to have a cake organized for my partner birthday and no one was able to hellp and not interest to find any solution.at the beach club no offer of paying in the room, at the spa which we used, the treatments were high priced but the masseuse did not follow our needs and requests even with feedback. The room when we arrived was not ready/the card did not work, so we received another room which was not ready. The plunge pool had to be cleaned after our request in the next day. The reception did not speak English with the exception of the first guy who welcomed us upon arrival in the evening duty. Generally the hotel gave us the impression that they were not ready to accommodate guests. The best experiences have been the breakfast buffet and the house keeping ladies

Most Delightful Stay

Wonderful, Relaxing Atmosphere, Sweet and Friendly Service, Most Delightful Stay in the Most Beautiful and Lovely Surroundings Yes, it is not easy to describe Day One Resort in just a few words. My husband and I decided on an impulsive vacation to Alanya and wanted to book at the hotel where we usually stay. Unfortunately, it was fully booked for the first few days, so we booked at Day One Resort. And as described, we had a fantastic stay. We checked out after a few days to check into our previous hotel. But we checked out the day after and returned to Day One Resort. Nothing (not even our previous hotel of many years) could compare to Day One Resort. So, we grabbed another 4 days at Day One Resort. On my birthday, there was wine and fruit in the room, along with cocktails upon arrival. Every morning, we woke up to the most delicious breakfast buffet by the beach, and dinner at the restaurant was equally an experience. We loved the bridge and the wonderful daybeds. Every day there was a DJ by the pool, creating such a cozy atmosphere. It was so convenient to be able to lie on the daybed and order drinks and other items via QR code, and shortly after, a waiter would bring everything. We would like to give Day One Resort our very best recommendations and look forward to returning soon.
