"Simple check in process, in a lovely lobby with a great wee bar and breakfast area. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The room was spacious, well equipped, clean, and most importantly the shower was top notch. Honestly, difficult to fault especially given the location. We parked in the multi storey, which is about a 5 minute easy walk away. The dog charge, which was £20 per dog per stay stung a little for our one day stay, but the free dog treats and towels were a great touch. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. "

"This hotel was absolutely lovely, I wish we were able to stay more than one night. We stayed in the Cheif Suite and it was gorgeous. The bathroom was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the decor was really fun. The staff here really made it though- everyone was friendly, helpful, stored our luggage, and was patient with our questions. It's a great location, just a quick walk to the city center. "

"Nice hotel with very friendly helpful staff. We had a recently refurbished room which was good. The pool/ spa area seemed a little dated and in need of a freshen up."

"We stayed here twice. The first time we were in bldg 18 room 32. We did not like this room. It seemed old and out dated. Shower has low pressure. It was clean and beds were good. The second times we stayed here (3 days later), we were in bldg 18 room 38. We loved this room. It is updated, bed comfortable and has an amazing shower! Breakfast was good both times we stayed and staff were very nice. Easy walking to stores and restaurants. Car was safe parked in the street."
