"Felt like this was a bait and switch. Casitas showed small individual homes on their website yet, when we arrived at the property, our unit was in a row of units like a motel. There were a couple of real casitas on either end of the property but ours was not one of them. Be careful if you decide to go there. The rooms were clean and well appointed, but we were able to hear our neighbors through the walls. "

"I reserved a non-smoking room, but the room had a slight smell of cigarette smoke. Since we had already brought in a lot of heavy luggage, I didn’t request a room change. The bathroom curtain, in particular, smelled quite strongly of smoke. Additionally, to use the laundry facilities, you need to request a key to the laundry room from the staff. "Check-in was simple, and the two cabins I had reserved were ready for us. We had a problem in one of the cabins, where the sheets on one of the beds were stained. The TV signal in that cabin also went out several times during our stay. My friends in the other cabin had no issues and thoroughly enjoyed their stay. It's very quiet, and being able to park adjacent to your cabin is fantastic. "
