"Lovely hotel and great staff. Went to celebrate my sisters 30th birthday and they went above and beyond. We got a small room upgrade a bottle of fizz and cake in the room which was a really lovely touch."

Lo único que la habitación es algo pequeña, aunque ya lo sabía cuando hice la reserva por lo que no me sorprendió, pero da un poco de sensación de agobio porque apenas hay espacio para moverse. "Clean and comfortable room, with great blackout curtains. We requested a quiet room, so were put on a higher floor which was really appreciated. Noise from both outside and inside the hotel was minimal, and we got some good sleep there! The only thing that bothered me was the smoke alarm with it's constant red flashing light. The location is good, right on the edge of Rusafa and a 20-25 minute walk into the centre, and 10 min walk to the main Colon metro station. "

"On arrival we were greeted by a friendly and personable young woman (sorry didn't get her name). Although our room wasn't quite ready she found us another room so we were able to check in immediately which we appreciated, as we'd had an early start from London. Our room, 409, was very clean, with all the facilities to meet our needs.
