"As a loyal long term member of Hotels.com I was quite disappointed when I tried to extend my stay with another night at ME Sitges Terramar. As usual, I did it first on Hotels.com. Your price was Euros 315.00 for my type of room. Luckily, I asked the reception of the hotel how much they charge for one extra night and their price was Euros 258 for the same room. How do you explain this large difference of almost Euros 60??? How much more money did I pay throughout the years using Hotel.com services??? How can I trust Hotels.com with my future bookings??? "Excellent breakfast "

"Room was very clean. We stayed in an ocean view room which was beautiful to relax on between exploring. We didn’t eat at the hotel, so I can’t comment on this. We did attend the bar, service was great there. "

"Rooms were clean, resort is well laid out, views are lovely, pool and games room was great for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Despite all this the hotel hasn’t really understood that people need coffee in the morning. The resort is off the beaten path so you can’t just pop out and get one. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker but only two pods (for four guests) are provided. After using those we asked if we could get/pay for more pods and we could not. We asked if we could buy coffees from the restaurant/breakfast buffet, and again we could not. This is something that should be addressed by the hotel - modern hotels should have some access to coffee for guests. Front staff told us there was nothing she could do for us (even though there are clearly pods and fresh coffee on site). Disappointing to say the least. "

"Very clean apartment, would have appreciated being left some coffee sachets, tea bags etc plus a full length mirror in the apartment area, not just the mirror in the bathroom"

"It was a long walk into Sitges centre (2.6 km), but there was a very good transfer service, though only from Friday to Sunday. The Camping site was excellent and the staff were fantastic."
