"Apartment was clean, comfortable and in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. However the air conditioner was not working. Called reception and reported issue. A short time later they called back and said everything looks good on our side but refused to send out maintenance to verify even when I told them it was not working properly and the temp was at 25.5C. Thermostat was set at 19C. The next day I was contacted to see if problem still existed, yes it did! Technician came right out...

"ByPillow is an excellent small hotel for short trips. Front Desk is managed 24/7 (and thank God...we could never get the front door to open with the code). The room includes free, UNLIMITED drinking water, which is VERY helpful in the summer heat. Room was clean, with a comfy bed, and A/C worked amazing. Bathroom was very good. Our room window was toward the street and we...
