"The building is under hard construction.
The rooms are on the 4th floor and there is no elevator.
The entrance is on the other side of the building which means that i had to roll all of our luggage (we had 7 large suitcases + several carryons) thru the waking zone behind the Duomo during peak hours.
Once I reached the other side, I took the elevator to the sixth floor then climbed one floor up, got out to the roof, crossed the roof from one building to another all while carrying my...

"Great Location! Thank goodness for the air conditioning in the summer! It was tricky to find and the elevator was a bit tricky if not familiar with cage like operating system. However, once I got the hang of it, it was awesome for lugging up suitcases. Staff was so kind and very helpful!"

"Great location -- the check in process was confusing. Since there is no lobby there needs to be better communication of how it all works before. I was unable to open the link to the pre-registration and asked for help but didn't get a response. Ended up ok and enjoyed staying there"

"This is a wonderful property. Brand new, with large and excellently appointed rooms, fully equipped and wonderfully comfortable. The location is wonderful-dive minutes I. Foot from the metro, tram line runs in front of the location but the neighborhood is quiet with a residential feel.
The staff is friendly and welcoming and very helpful.
We so much enjoyed our stay there at the beginning of our trip that we changed our return plans to come back to Milan a nightly earlier to get one more...

"Wir waren zu Dritt dort und würden die Unterkunft nie wieder buchen. Das Zimmer war unglaublich schmutzig und es war ein furchtbarer Geruch. Die Fotos sind leider alle durch KI erstellt und entsprechen nicht im geringsten der Realität. Uns wurden mehrere Zimmer angeboten, da die tatsächlich sehr freundliche Dame an der Rezeption unsere Misslage ernst genommen hat, jedoch waren alle Zimmer schmutzig und mit diesem schlimmen Geruch ausgestattet.
