"Our King Deluxe room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. Perfect for concerts, events or a Toronto getaway, especially with Union Station right across the street. Would definitely stay again. 10/10"

"Excellent hôtel bien situé dans le Entertainment district. Très propre avec toutes les commodité dans la chambre. Personnel charmant. Le stationnement est plutôt cher et il est mieux d’utiliser un site spécialisé. Considérant le prix le l’hôtel, le déjeuner, quoique bien et bien présenté, pourrait offrir plus de fruits frais et de viennoiseries. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et y retournerons sûrement."

"Muhammed at the front desk needs a real attitude check. We were told to meet the shuttle driver at the same place he dropped us at the airport. I called for a shuttle and was completely belittled by Muhammed. "If the roadway is blocked off, you tell me how the driver is picking other people up?". If you do not like your job, get out of the industry. Everyone else was great. He is a hinderance to your business though."
