We really felt comfortable during our 1 week stay. The bed was very comfortable, water pressure was great. Rooms were cleaned very well. All staff were friendly and helpful. It is just steps from the queens subway stop.

It is well situated but lots of construction in the area. Need to do a better job of cleaning. I found hairs in the sink and toilet so cleaning wasn't done well. They should have bathrobes available in all of the suites.

Everything was great, the tv in our living room wasn’t working but since we could use the bedroom one we did not report this issue at the time. Staff was nice, room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
