"We called in to make sure they had a hot tub. They did but not working We got a room with a view of a wall 4 feet away not busy but we got the worst rooms in the place. "We had a lovely stay but there were a few issues. There was a dresser drawer that wouldn't stay shut and I text the number they sent me but they never responded and I got too busy to follow up.
