"A real pleasure to stay. Very kind and helpful staff. Cosy room, comfortable bed, extra pillows available. Beautiful classical Norwegian building close to the city center. We forgot our swimming gear, unfortunately as te pool looked tempting. Breakfast, excellent choice of food and tables with a view."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Aurlandsfjord Hotel. Aurland is a beautiful little village just outside Flam. It's much quieter and less touristy than Flam. We we were worried about transport into Flam but there was a shuttle bus (albeit somewhat expensive) running at regular intervals but to guarantee you get on the bus you need to book seats in advance. The fjord cruise stops at Flam. We did the cruise to Gudvangen and then spent time looking round the very interesting Viking Village before getting...

"This is an absolutely stunning B&B down to every detail. The owners and staff were helpful and it’s a perfect location if you want to take the ferry to the Urnes Stave Church(the oldest of the remaining Stave churches) which is beautiful and well worth the trip. Breakfast was great too. The downsides are: 1) sharing bathrooms; 2) tiny rooms; and 3) no close restaurants for dinner so eat first in the neighboring town."

"Undeniably a gorgeous location! Communication was a problem but only at 1st. The Expedia message did not work. You have to use WhatsApp to contact them about the door code. Parking is scary if other cars are there. It's a tight squeeze to go anywhere in Undredal though. It's a one-way road, in and out. I will never forget that view though! It was definitely worth the sketchy drive!"
