The Hamilton - Lakefront & Studio Suites, Hot Springs
10/10 Excellent
"Amazing accommodation! Super clean, beautiful view, so modern and aesthetic. Comfortable bed and convenient free parking. Looks even better than the pics. Would recommend to everyone."
"Definitely a step back in time, and the rooms and amenities show that. It’s comfortable enough, but the mattresses are old. The carpets are faded. The paint is peeling off the walls and the tile in the bathrooms is chipped. Yes they’re renovating, but most of the rooms have not been renovated. There’s a charm to it, but it’s not always the most comfortable, especially when the sink doesn’t drain and the shower doesn’t give you any cold water, just scalding hot. Also when I arrived, the thermal baths were closed as there was a townwide outage, but that should’ve been put on the website so that people were aware and planned accordingly. Fortunately, the hot tub was working, but it too is in need of some repairs all in all, perfectly fine for a night or two, but don’t get too excited."
"Very nice place with amazing staff and close to everything. My mom lost her watch and the staff was super helpful in finding it and getting it back to her"
"The facility was fine for a 1 night stay. It was peaceful and quiet with a great view of that part of lake Hamilton being right next to the water. The bed was not the most comfortable and felt and sounded like the mattress had some type of plastic cover and the sofa had an aged looking fabric pullover cover, guessing actual cushions must be really poor shape. Also, not used to having to wash dishes we use when booking on “hotel” site. Staff was very helpful when I had to contact them about WiFi."
The Waters Hot Springs, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
8/10 Good
"The Waters Hotel in Hot Springs offers a wonderful experience with a premier location directly across from Bathhouse Row. Being steps away from the historic bathhouses, local shops, and various restaurants makes it an ideal base for exploring the area on foot. The property has been recently renovated, featuring modern rooms and a welcoming atmosphere supported by a friendly staff.
The onsite restaurant provides a quality breakfast with pricing that is consistent with standard hotel expectations. While the shower grout could have benefited from a more detailed scrubbing to remove some minor mold buildup, the room was otherwise very nice and comfortable. Overall, the combination of updated amenities and an unbeatable location makes this hotel a great choice for a stay in the city."
