"The free breakfast was good. Better than the usual offerings. Air conditioning did not keep the room cool enough I woke both night hot. The room floor was vinyl plank and the space between the beds felt a little damp all the time. A little bit of an ick. Would I stay here again? Yes absolutely. "
"Booked in for 3 days for a total of about $450 for a Tues, Wed, and Thurs night.
Went to front desk and checked in. Got on the elevator and up to my room to realize that I was not given a key to the room. Down I go back to lobby where they made my keys. I get into the room to realize there is no refrigerator, no microwave . Not even means to make coffee. The room had a jetted tub so I ran the water to let out some of the hot water. It did NOT drain. I tried to use the plunger but it did not workl So, I took my finger to see if maybe I could push the obstruction. Up I pulled to my amazement was a
thick
strand of BLACK hair about 12 inches long. I am in my 80s, so not hardly mine. One of the grossest things I have ever seen.
The cold drink machine would not work.......I had to sign for a towel...when i checked in for my 3 day visit....I was given 1 bar of soap (the 2 inch x 3 inch)
Nice ladies at the front desk but this visit worth $50. per night...............MAX
The staff was nice enough---------but this place is worth maybe $50. per night."
"Breakfast menu was great. Parking is REALLY tight and limited.
Room service is every other day which is understandable. Our reservation was messed up (my fault) and we checked in one day earlier. The front desk was gracious and the room was available so she git us settled. We also left a day earlier (tied to my mistake) and the agreed to refund the last night. Thank you!! "
