"Staff very unprofessional hotel was old and room had paint spots on floor. Bathroom had water damage on the trim and shower did not have a shelf to hold soap or body wash. Water was cold never got hot. Patched up paint on walls and lighting was very dim. Refrigerator does not get cold, key card did not workproperly, the property had a quinceañera party and their was limited parking. Hotel did not inform guess of a party going on. Just a horrible stay and experience. Will not recommend this Rat nest of a hotel to anyone. Please go somewhere else where you are comfortable and welcome. "

"Great property located right off the interstate. The hotel was completely booked but never felt like it was top crowded other than being able to use the hot tub because of the amount of children who wanted to enjoy it instead of the pool. Breakfast was good and the cocktail hour was good as well. Will definitely consider Drury the next time I travel. "

"We had a reservation and checked out of the hotel within 10 minutes of checking in. We could not stay. The room was uncomfortably dirty with dead bugs in the bathroom and it smelled of stale cigarette smoke even though it was a smoke-free room. The front desk receptionist offered to spray our room with air freshener but nothing else and it was not going to make us feel much better. We lost out on our full payment for the night but we found a much better place and rate one exit north of this one. "

"Plenty of parking, staff were nice and friendly. We had an accessible room for the night. Accessible rooms usually come with raised toilets, Shower wands that you can raise and lower, anti-slip showers and floors....unfortunately, this room, although accessible didn't have those features to make it more convenient for those who are physically disabled. Maybe it is something management can consider for their guests with disabilities."

"Upon arrival staff at desk was very friendly and accommodating. Once we got into our room it was half cleaned there was trash still in garbage bins. Floor not vacuumed sink and toilet NOT CLEAN. Room smelled like cigarette smoke ( non smoking room) ask housekeeper to empty trash threw up her hands and said no. Was given another room shower leaked had to use towels for floor. Again front desk was very nice housekeeping negative zero. "
