"Lovely view over the lake, with easy parking onsite. The staff were super friendly and they were very helpful. The whole hotel is very clean and tidy with everything in good working order. Had a great restaurant onsite. I would stay here again."

"Location is great. That’s it. The rest is terrible or very basic. The rooms are probably from 1980 or earlier (see the photos). The price per room is around 300 euro per night. This is the lowest standard we ever been to considering the fee. Rude and arrogant receptionist (the blonde one). Room dirty see the photos. I would rather sleep in a car than stay in this room. "

"From the moment we stepped into Hotel Sanje the hosts were very welcoming. The property is great, the views amazing , the hosts so helpful and we think it’s one of the best breakfasts we’ve had in Europe! Local ingredients, garden fresh and creative! "

"Nice hotel right off the main road, lots of parking, beautiful reception with a well stocked bar. Room was spacious with lots of storage. Breakfast was delicious and varied. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"We love this hotel. It is in the perfect location for everything you need and the facilities are fantastic. We enjoyed using the pool every day and the activities available throughout the week including the live music and kids club. "Only 3 months old, everything was new, modern and clean. But the service and meals were exceptional. Full breakfast with creative list of eggs Benedict style options including a local one. The 3 course dinners also included local fare and were excellent. Also full bar with local made schnapps and extensive list of fantastic Slovenian wines. The service was also very efficient, relaxed and friendly so that we could engage the staff in conversation. The setting is a beautiful green farm village next to the local church and a bell tower that pealed throughout the day )but not all night). Hotel is in Sgornje Gorje, a short hike downhill to Lake Bled but far from the crowds around the lake. We were able to hike down to and around Lake Bled and up to the castle and back up to hotel. The area is green, hilly, surrounded by the alps and the sounds of active farms. Very picturesque. "
