"No heat the first night. When reported, housekeeping brought a tiny space heater from the managers office. The heater was a fire-hazard, too small for the queen size bed room (in the old boy’d dormitory area). The cord was too hot to touch. When I returned the unit to the front desk I was not even offered a change of room. I also reported dirty, dingy sheers in the windows and the loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. The desk clerk was aware of others making the same complaint about the bathroom. If someone needs to use the toilet during the night no one can sleep with the noise! This section of the property is incredibly inferior to the rest of the property. No comparison! The main area rooms are nice and well maintained."
