Room was nice and clean. Nice hot shower ... Only issue is the bathroom tub not draining properly so standing in water while taking a shower. Property was nice. Area was quiet. Many food options and shopping nearby. Very nice breakfast offering! Didn't use the pool but it looked nice and clean, maybe a little small. Staff was pleasant and accommodating. It was a good stay!

We had a good overall stay at the Fairfield Hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, and the hotel was clean. The only inconvenience was with housekeeping. One of the housekeeping staff members was reluctant to clean our room every day, which was disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was great, but we were a little frustrated with our check-in process. We were told to come back to the desk when we returned to the hotel, as they were switching over the locks and our key wasn't ready. We let them know we would be arriving late after a concert. When we arrived after the concert, the key system didn't work at all, and we had to wait in the lobby for a while before the staff was able to get it working again. Given that we had to get up early the next morning and had purposely rushed back to get to bed as early as possible, it was very frustrating to be stuck in the lobby late at night. I do want to say that the front desk staff did their absolute best to get things working again and were very caring and kind.
