住宿環境非常差，所謂熱水又唔熱，原訂3房同樓層，景然2樓祗有2間房，要有一住6樓，房間得床冚當被冚，多不潔淨，從未住過這麼差的酒店，永不入住。

料金相応で私は満足

■良かった点: 受付の方の応対よし。門限なし。Wi-Fi接続は良好。徳島駅から大通りを徒歩10分。コンビニまで4分。パン・コーヒー・バナナ・ゼリーは朝食と呼ぶには貧相ではあったが、ありがたかった。紹介写真にはゆで卵と缶ジュースが写っているが、どちらもなし。■悪かった点: 予約が先方に登録されておらず、Hotels.comに電話連絡しての折衝が必要となり、到着から入室まで15分かかった。ただし上記の通り、受付の方の応対は終始良かったことは特記しておく。洗濯設備は館内になく、両国橋北側のコインランドリーまで10分。エアコンの清掃が不十分で、黒い埃が吹き出して、シャツがひどく汚された。■総評: 予約登録ミスは稀にでも起こりうるものと納得しています。料金に見合ったホテルでした。徳島滞在の際は、また利用したいです。

古いホテルですが、スタッフはそれなりに対応してくれます。ただ、朝食は、朝食と呼ぶには充分ではありません。軽食と明記した方がいいでしょう。観光客にとっては抜群のロケーションです。

部屋は小さいけれど十分。 スタッフが親切でした。 朝食はフロントで受け取って、自分の部屋で食べました。

選這酒店主要是因為價格便宜。設備及清潔度一般，所謂早餐亦是十分簡單。但位置十分近阿波舞館及眉山吊車站。整體CP值不錯。要求不高者，可以考慮。
