"Great location, right in the city. The room was a great size and has everything you need. Check in was easy and the parking garage is right across the road. It would’ve been perfect if the bed was comfy, the TV didn’t glitch and if the soundproofing worked fully."

"The building is old, but more than servicible for a few nights in Wellington. The main thing is that most hotel rooms here don'thave windows and the bathroom door is a barndoor that leaves a gap wide enough to see somebody sitting on the toilet when you are standing at the foot of the bed. The bathroom is very lacking in privacy in that regard..."

"Very convenient access to downtown Wellington and staff provided a map to guide us to a shortcut to Lambton Quay. The room was comfortable, very clean, and had a combination washer/dryer and small kitchenette for making a simple meal. Handy, free onsite parking and friendly staff."

"Still in the process of new owners taking over, so for example can’t accept Amex yet. Most things remain the same - lots of opportunities for new owners to improve, from a fairly average spa with only a few jets working for 3 minutes at a time, to noisy rooms with average aircon. Breakfast very overpriced and omelettes especially poor."
