"Everything we possibly needed on the trip was available to us. Full kitchen w accessories. The staff was very friendly and assisted us w towels and toiletries delivering to the room. The view from the balcony is amazing. While on vacation my spouse had a medical emergency and staff quickly rushed to his aid and provided support. Thank you to all the staff you guys really are doing amazing job."

Para la experiencia All Inclusive se debe pagar adicional, y tienen diferentes paquetes, no puede ser comparado a un all inclusive de Punta Cana o Cancún. Adicional, tienen algunos anuncios para atraer huéspedes, pero aún no los tienen disponibles. Los boogies no estaban disponibles y las veredas que promocionan no están completas. Deben tener una promoción que refleje lo que ellos proveen, no...

"I love the Fairmont hotel. The beach view was amazing. The outdoor pools were clean full of fun. I love how they had water stations with the towels very thoughtful. The rooms were clean and the staff was great 10 out of 10 for me."

"The property was well-maintained, and the staff were courteous and accommodating. The only concern arose during breakfast when it appeared that the staff at the service stations were insufficiently staffed, resulting in intermittently long lines. Despite this minor issue, I awarded the hotel a perfect score of five for service."

"The property was clean and neat. However, I was not provided with the room that I paid for online. I was provided with a very small room on the lower level with no balcony or windows. When I informed the front desk of the error, I was informed that no other rooms were available since they were sold out. Since I was in Puerto Rico for a family emergency, I was stuck with whatever room they decided to give me. In addition, their vending machine requires the download of an app to purchase drinks/...

"The hotel was cute and clean. The private parking was extremely convenient. The only thing I did not like was the key. The key gave us access to the room but did not give access to the building. We had to ring the bell and wait to be buzzed in every time we came in and out. That was pretty awkward at night, I kept feeling like I was preparing myself for the walk of shame. Lol other than that all was good. I stayed 3 nights in total. Cool."
