"Apparently something was wrong with the water heater or the shower faucet becase the water coming out the shower was too hot or cold. Couldn’t have a medium water to take a shower. My stay was for 2 nights and they did not refilled the coffee in the coffee maker."

"This was a great place to stay- perfect for our family of 4. We had a 1 bedroom villa which gave us a ton of space (plus a washer and dryer!) The hotel has a bunch of amenities, great pool- especially for my kids and a nice beach. The restaurant/bar was good, a little slow when it came to food, orders seemed to run about 10-15 minutes over. We got something from there almost everyday. They are going through a renovation, so there was some noise and construction equipment around- but not...

"This was a fabulous hotel. Extremely family friendly and a huge bonus getting a rate including the wonderful breakfast buffet. The food at the resort was excellent including the beach restaurant which did not at all feel like “hotel food”. Rooms were spacious and comfortable- we got two connecting rooms for the kids. They were nice and cool, very updated, and bedding was comfortable - all very important to us. The one flaw is the lack of seats by the pool - you have to claim a seat very early. I...

"The property management and security allowed a drunken wedding party to endanger children on the floating dock, knocking one off and hitting her head. Also, allowed for them to physically assault a man, and verbally threaten a woman’s life. Hilton failed to remove the guest and provide a safe environment. "

"I had the best time. I met the most interesting people and had so many laughs up on the roof top. Great location, close to beach, shops and restaurants. I was travelling alone but made friends at this wonderful hostel."

"Nice boutique hotel with a modern and comfortable vibe. The place felt safe and the room was clean and well designed. Even though we arrived late, the process was smooth and everything went well. The only downside is that there’s no on-site parking, so you have to find street parking nearby, which can be a bit challenging. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back."

"A "quaint" old hotel in Old San Juan, kept up with very well. If you want hundreds of souvenir shops to walk in and out of it's very convenient. Restaurants and bars seemed to be harder to find. No real amenities at the hotel, did not see anyone using the hot baths or jacuzzi. Coffee in the lobby near the front door in the morning, had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. It served it's purpose for the overnight stay."

"Beautiful, modern, and affordable room. I stayed in the 2 bed room with 4 people total and it was so spacious. The location is perfect for experiencing the La Placita nightlife (literally less than a minute walk away). Ear plugs are provide since the location is in La Placita. There’s a jacuzzi and outdoor shower in rinse off and sunscreen and bug spray are provided. Super easy for Ubers to find the hotel and overall could not recommend staying here more!! "
