"All good. Breakfast is okay and standard. The staff is courteous. The hotel is right in the heart of Karaköy and close to the tram (though access by car is impossible after noon, I think). The soundproofing isn’t 100% but is very decent at blocking out noise at night. Although the reception and hallway are kind of small, the room is new, well-kept and spacious with full amenities. The bed is comfy. I like their upscale bathroom products as well."

"Excellent and new facility. Very clean rooms and great location."

"we really enjoyed our stay with Som Tom suites. the staff were all very friendly and helpful, for us, the breakfast staff were excellent, very friendly and thoughtful and so were the reception staff. The location was great for walking access to good shopping and the waterfront and the area was safe for walking day and night. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. It is a small hotel with thoughtful extras like complementary afternoon tea after a busy day which we appreciated."

"Emre and Arif at the front desk were incredible hosts and accommodated our every request. The property is excellent and close to the M2 metro and great restaurants, bars and shopping. We will be back."

"Great location and actually so quiet for where it was. So clean. Great for a short stay as rooms are cozy. Exceeded my expectations and would recommend it to friends."

"The overall hotel is great, especially the staff is very helpful. However, our room is quite noisy. The noise is from the restaurant/bar on the first floor. Every night the noise continues until 10-11pm. If you are sensitive to noise, you should avoid this hotel or make sure that the room you get is not noisy."

"Alles sehr gut. Kann ich weiterempfehlen"

"Great boutique hotel right in Karakoy. Surrounded by restaurants and shops and very convenient location for visiting all attractions in Istanbul. Host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean."

"Everything from communication, to check-in, to cleanliness, to amenities, to the linens, to the location were perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book Pera Neuf again!"

"Very busy 24/7. Having aircon on during night time and wearing earplugs definitely saved our sleep to some extent. Spacious apartment but what is offered on Expedia page will not be the apartment you get upon checking in."

"The hotel is in a great location. It's a boutique hotel so expect the rooms to have a smaller size. The rooftop view is nice."

"Amazing place to stay. The Bank hotel felt like it was large enough to serve all our needs from the rooftop bar to the Turkish Spa, but intimate enough where the staff recognized us. Service was fantastic, amenities were too notice and small details like the welcome letter and included postcards made me feel like the Bank was very thoughtful. Gym was a bit small, and there was no water, so that would have been nice if they were able to provide some water. They also provided some chocolates...

"Great stay. Nice location. Excellent staff."
