"The room was so humid that the floor was all wet by morning. I informed staff multiple times but they just asked to keep AC on all night. But it was on all the time. It was not addressed and I nearly slipped twice. The mirror light wasn’t working and wasn’t fixed for 5 days straight. "Grymt hotell, vi hade gärna kommit tillbaka! Rummen var helt magiska och maten var riktigt god. Gymmet var nytt och poolen kändes ren."

"Clean room, great staff very guest friendly."

The rooms were poorly maintained and not cleaned properly. For the...

"Terribly disapointed in this property. Description on Hotels.com was very deceptive, consequently did not warrant the price we had to pay. Too many things to go into detail. Will never return."
