"This is a nice hotel, great facilities, and convenient location. I came for a conference, but tourists will find its location and price ideal. The walk to the subway is quite reasonable. Staff was helpful, and the rooms were clean, even if they were somewhat small compared to suites (which is why it is so affordable)"

"I was shocked to find such poor quality in a four-star hotel in Seoul. The washroom door didn’t close properly, and there were lots of bugs in the room. The temperature and air quality control were also terrible."

"Had an excellent stay at this location. Conveniently located with lots of eat and explore close by. We had the best customer service from Lucy Kim who went above and beyond to help us out. The room was spacious and clean, with access to the lounge on the 15th floor for coffee and snacks. We didn’t use the gym so cannot comment on that."

"We stayed at more than 10 hotels during our trip, and this was our favourite! The staff is amazing, so helpful and kind, and went above and beyond for us - we were even lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. But even if we hadn't, this hotel would've still stood out to us. The vibe and atmosphere is really lovely, peaceful and sophisticated, and the rooms are big and luxurious and impeccably clean and well-equipped. The bed is the best, most comfortable bed we had during our time in Korea and Japan! The discounted airport-taxi came in really handy for us — we were relieved not to have to worry about seats on the airport limousine bus, and having to haul 3 suitcases with us. With the hotel discount, the taxi is not a lot more for two people anyway. We really wished we could have stayed longer, and will 100% be staying at Hotel Loft when we visit Seoul again next time. The location is fabulous, with the station just around the corner, and lots of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Even with this, the hotel is still really quiet and peaceful. Perfect after a day of exploring Seoul!"

"I really liked the place, the beds were super comfy and the place was close to two metro lines. The shower is also really nice, though the bathroom itself is a bit small"

"The staff was so kind and helped in whatever way I needed. The front desk staff spoke english which was tremendously helpful. But, one staff member stood out above everyone else. The lady who cleaned my room each day always had a huge smile and greeted me warmly each morning. I thank God for her because she helped me start each day off with a smile. My room was clean and tidy all the time.y room.had a kitchenette, which i used. It also had a washer and dryer. The only complaint that I had was the coffee maker didn't have coffee pods available. Fortunately there was a fabulous coffee shop a couple of doors down. I definitely recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed. When I return, I will stay here again Thank you for making my stay in Korea comfortable and pleasant"
