"Great location, but the hotel definitely shows its age. You get what you paid for."

"Exactly what we needed to enjoy our short stay in Tahoe City! Brandon is great and the hotel is so cozy!"

"It's a natural child with a very good price.I recommend , if you go to tahoe , go to harris"

"Clean room and breakfast at hotel was great"

"Clean and spacio"

"Clean and roomy, but slightly dated. Great location and staff members were helpful and courteous!"

"Although we’ve stayed here before, this was the first time we stayed during the summer. We drove up for my son’s birthday. The room was fine. Run down, old etc but functional. The pool was dirty and the hot tub didn’t work. Staff were ok at best. I asked if we could have a late checkout and even for 30 min longer they wanted more money. Very disappointing stay."

"Valet parking was mandatory and insufficient space to pull off the road at the property. Surrounding (walking distance) restaurants were encouraged but area was crowded. No remote in room and it took 4 hours to get one."

"None"

"very nice casino and hotel. it was an enjoyable stay. rooms were average sized."

A mile to Heavenly Village, close to restaurants, etc. It was easy to drive anywhere. The valet workers were great! If you aren't a HVC owner then you have to pay $30/night for valet parking. I knew this upfront. They have a simple system to text 15 minutes before you need your car and it was always ready for me within that 15 minutes. The workers worked hard and were always...

"Nice place to stay and even better because they allow pets in here, love it"
