"Meine Reservierung lag angeblich nicht vor ebenso meine Bezahlung!? Nach30 Stunden Anreise blieb mir nichts anderes übrig als nochmals zu bezahlen. Morgens um 6:30 wurde ich aus dem Schlaf geklingelt um nochmals 9€ zu bezahlen, keine Ahnung wofür! Kommunikation war nur in Spanisch möglich das ich leider nicht beherrsche.
