Rosarito Beach Hotel
"AC did not really work. Big water stain on ceiling above the bed. Second room I booked had mold water stain above bed And sofa had a tear on the seat. View was good from balcony. Jacuzzi was dirty with snot floating in water. One of the pools looked slightly green."
