"We had booked a room with Club Access and it was great. We had breakfast and evening snacks in the Club (including wine, beer or prosecco) and it was really pleasant. There was a good choice of food for vegetarians as well as fish and meat eaters. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. The only criticism really was the pool access. There were about 16 steps to walk up to get to the pool deck, which isn’t great for anyone with a physical disability. Towelling robes and flip flops were provided in the rooms which was helpful."
