The Hive Hotel

"I sincerely have no complaints about this hotel! From start to finish, everything was wonderful. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the staff were incredibly helpful, providing us with maps, recommendations, and anything else we needed. The room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully updated. Housekeeping was also exceptional. Due to the heat, we spent quite a bit of time inside, so we requested morning housekeeping while we were out, and they did an amazing job every time. The location was also great—just a few minutes’ walk to the train station and close to several bus stops and other public transportation options, making it easy to get around. The rooftop restaurant was beautiful, and although we only tried the breakfast buffet once, we really enjoyed it and thought there was a great variety of options. Overall, I truly have no complaints and am so happy we chose to stay here. I would absolutely stay here again!"

"The hotel is located in downtown Rome, close to Termini train station, the metro, and public bus stops. From the hotel, many of Rome's attractions are within walking distance, or just a metro or public bus away. We liked the hotel ambiance, good breakfast, clean room, spacious bathroom, and evening music in the backyard patio. This is our second time at this hotel, and I am sure my wife and I will come back."

"Aside from Rooftop cover charge, everything was excellent. I dont believe charging your hotel guests for rooftop cover charge which equates to $17 dollars for a wine cooler. Being the way I am I tipped the bartender and server $3 each. So $23 for a spritzer. And the staffs reasoning is everyone in Rome does it, ah no they dont. And it's a rip off, I will stop going to Roma if that's the case, there's plenty other places to visit. And if my business dont mean anything then good luck fellas, it's the principle of the matter. I could see if your at capacity but not when your rooftop is empty and you dont provide a dj or appetizers. You gouging your customers"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Excellence Suite. The room was spacious, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, and the three lighting options were both practical and relaxing. I also appreciated thoughtful amenities like wine glasses and a corkscrew. A special thank you to the gentleman at reception, who was extremely kind and helpful with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The breakfast was great! The service and concierge of the front desk was top notch. Everyone on the staff was super nice and helpful. This hotel is a perfect location to see everything in Rome. I stayed with my family with children ages 11 and 14, and we walked everywhere from the hotel. Perfect location!"
