Was an excellent place to stay. Were upgraded to 2 bedroom apartment on arrival Had an issue with leaking toilet but was immediately dealt with when I reported it Spacious accommodation and very clean Good sized kitchen with excellent facilities Lovely pool area. Pool was heated and although not warm was not as Baltic as other pools in Lanzarote which were too cold to get in Would definitely stay there again.

Love the peace and tranquility of The Nautilus. The accommodation is comfy, clean and well equipped. The staff are friendly and efficient. The location is perfect, near the beach & bars/restaurants on your doorstep. Cannot wait to return.

We have stayed at Nautilus a number of times since 2017, but unfortunately this time we experienced the front desk staff, a man and someone who called themselves the front desk manager, as arrogant and with a behavior that is unparalleled in lacking customer service. Their actions and behavior provoked us guests to such an extent that it provoked great frustration among us guests. The whole thing was a regrettable experience that ruined the first part of the holiday. We came into contact with other guests who had exactly the same experience as us, that the front desk manager and her employee spoke untruthfully and especially the manager was experienced as rude. It must be mentioned that this only applies to the front desk staff. Especially the house keeping was very nice and friendly. Always cheerful and positive.

Turned up very late at night after our flight had been cancelled and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us (2 adults and 2 kids) plus 2 other families. Beautiful reception and gallery, fantastic breakfast and wish we'd had longer to enjoy the very spacious accommodation and lovely pool. Great location. Would love to go back.

L'hôtel est situé à côté de l'aéroport, cette urbanisation de Matagorda est à éviter car les nuisances sonores sont très désagréables . Cet aparthotel est une réussite et est parfaitement adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Cependant les appartements sont désuets et méritent une rénovation. Belle piscine et pas de problème pr disposer d'une chaise longue à toutes heures.
