"We needed to be able to check in an hour earlier than stated as we had to get changed and travel to a wedding.
The staff were very helpful and allowed us . Result , we didn't have to get changed in the toilets at the venue and made it on time suited and booted 😂 "

"Premier inn i Blackburn Town center er av høy standard sammenliknet med andre engelske hotell og overnattingssteder. Hotellet hadde også vært av god standard i Norge. Ligger midt i byen rett over veien for togstasjonen, med shopping og det byen har å by på 5 minutter gange fra hotellet. Skal du se fotball ligger busstopp rett utenfor hotellet og man bruker drøye 5 min opp til Ewood park. Hotellet serverer frokost til en overkommelig pris og personalet er svært serviceinnstilte. "I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. We would like a refund for at least one night. If not both. This definitely is not a Hotel. The outside stairs were not safe the handrails were...
"Excellent facilities. Stayed here twice, specifically to enjoy the spa packages on offer, what a lovely way to relax. The bedrooms are very comfortable with bathrooms especially well designed in the Woodlands rooms. Or you can enjoy a more period feel staying in the Manor House. Hotel easily accessible from motorways, in a quiet countryside setting, we especially liked the well designed bathrooms. The room was tight for space but as it was only a one night stay that was perfectly acceptable. The bed was really comfy. The only thing I would knock it for would be there was a lot of dust around the TV area.
