"Great location, comfortable rooms, very friendly and responsive staff, super easy check in. Would definitely stay again. Note- there isn’t an elevator/lift, if that is important for you. "Great staff, friendly and very well informed Room was great, restaurant was excellent, bar was fantastic."

"Booked room with a sofa but room had third bed in so there was no sofa. Could hear other guests children late at night and very early in morning so rooms are not sound proofed. No heating in bathroom so cold and not even winter yet. Hotel is very convenient to M6 and staff were very professional and friendly. Breakfast was very good and fresh."
