"Great place"

"The people in the room above us were super loud. We could hear them stomping & the next morning, it sounded like they were demolishing the room."

"The room and facility was spotless. The room had a few maintenance issues"

"Very nice, clean, and modern hotel. Desk staff was super friendly. Charming little "Convient store" in the lobby. Central location within walking distance of several shops, restaurants, Rupp Arena, and more. Parking lot located underneath was helpful. Only MILD complaints would be the breakfast bar was a little cold and mostly empty by 9:40 even though breakfast is served until 10... and the room was supposed to have a white noise machine but it didn't, and it was very loud until after 1am with...

"Loved the art gallery"

"Loved our stay. The staff was fantastic. I’m anxious to see the remodel of the place. It need a little updating. I would have liked to go swimming in the pool, but it’s only 4 1/2 feet deep, what’s the point. The only other complaint was the bed pillows. One was so soft and squishy that it didn’t do anything. The other one was like sleeping on a sandbag. The hotel is in a great location to everything! We will be returning."

"Our stay was great. The service at the bar was exceptionally slow Friday and Saturday nights. Other than that , no complaints."

"The room was spacious and clean. The shower set up made sense. The walls were thick enough I could only barely hear the children sprinting down the halls at 2:00 am. I would stay here again."

"Very nice hotel. Was a great stay and it was close and convenient for our needs. Very comfortable and everyone was super nice and helpful. Will definitely return."

"All good"
