"Lovely facility. I would book double room for single person as I was constantly walking over and around my suitcase in single room. Comfortable bed,nice cr bathrooms, great breakfasts and happy hour in the lobby. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely hotel on the fringe of town, staff are excellent, polite and very helpful. 30min walk into main tourist areas, but you pass some amazing cafes and shops along the way it's a lovely walk. Albert Kuyp market a well worthy visit as is Vondel Park if you fancy a break from the streets. My advice is ignore public transport if you can (not that it's bad or anything negative) just you miss so much of the charm that is Amsterdam in the canals."
"Honestly, the quality of the rooms is on a whole other level. The staff was wonderful. The restaurant, well simply amazing.
It’s only con (which may be a pro to some people) is that you are literally on Dam Square. So it’s busy, very busy.

"Beautiful boutique hotel and rooms. Love that all the rooms are unique and decorated differently. Enjoyed the complimentary coffees and treats to enjoy in the various seating areas off the lobby. Will come back again! "

Rooms are worn-out, dark and very dusty. However, the bathroom is spacious and clean.
Service at breakfast is not professional. They were lots of customers during our stay each morning and the staffs at Bridges restaurant told us that they couldn't handle with the large number of people since there wasn't enough of them. Service was very slow and unorganised.
Overall, I think the hotel services and standard doesn't match with the price tag."
"We stayed here a whole week and would happily recommend it. The hotel staff were great: professional and friendly. Breakfast is a buffet of hot food (scrambled eggs, beans, sausages, baked tomatoes) and cold food like cheeses, cold meats and salads. Our room was large, spacious, and came with a small coffee machine. The bathroom was very clean, the shower unit was spacious, the water was always hot and strong. "Our family of 4 recently stayed here during our visit to Amsterdam and it was absolutely perfect! Agnes was an AMAZING hostess and the apartment was even better than we had imagined - wonderful location for everything we wanted to do and very comfy to return to after a long day. The bedrooms being downstairs was especially nice and quiet. We already want to plan our return and stay here again! "
