"I was very impressed with this property, it was generally very clean, and we stayed in a pet friendly room. The hotel itself appeared well maintained. Our room had a mini fridge and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I appreciated the extras, such as water in the lobby, and snacks for purchase. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, the food was excellent, and the amenities were fantastic. We had a beautiful lake-view room, which made our stay even more special. The entire experience was relaxing, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for during our little getaway. You can tell the staff take pride in making their guests feel...

"We found the staff to be very friendly and accomodating. Thank you for offering us the ability to upgrade to a room away from the road. We were happy to pay the difference. I wanted to give a 5/5 but couldn't do that in good concience because the TV wasn't working correctly. We understand that this is a short-term problem due to an issue with the TV service provider. If it wasn't for that, we would have put Excellent for everything."
