The property was overall clean, parking was a bit small and often crowded given that we were on school holidays, staff was polite but not helpful : I had an issue having booked a specific package over the phone but the staff was adamant they could not do anything, they did not explain any of the anenities either and when trying to book an extra package we were told yo come back the following day because they id not have any left. the following they did not have any either, so ended up having a printed version of the said-package

It‘s a great experience. However it did take us to run back and forth many times to inquire questions or services from the reception desk. The phone in the room never worked. Other than that it was an amazing place to get relaxed for families.

Very comfy beds and pillows. Spacious, great view on lakeside. Didn’t find it to be quiet, from 22:30 to 01:00, could hear kids running non stop on floor above us and when we tried to call their room, we were taken to the kitchen. Had to go up to ask the guests to keep their kids from running. So not very sound proof from ceiling to floor.

This hotel was advertised as a great place for kids but we were disappointed. The skating ring was not maintained and we couldn’t skate. There were only a few fat bikes and non for younger children. The amusement park was dirty and expensive. We booked a double bedroom but only got a one bed bedroom.
