"I never have paid 200.00 for one night for a hotel room that didn't have a couple complimentary bottles of water. I have a broken arm so I couldn't even go get ice. My UBER driver helped me check in and get me and my bag into my room. This was my first experience at a Hilton Hotel and probably the last. 1st impressions mean a lot."

"The pros: The place was clean, and seemed safe. The beds were very comfortable and afforded a good night sleep. The lake front was nice. The tv was also large. Property is close to the movie theater and lots of shopping. Cons: Shade in room was broken in the down position. Staff knew about it, but did not fix it. Breakfast was meh. The usual self serve waffles, eggs, and sausage you would get for free at a Holiday Inn, or Best Western, yet they charge $13. The water in the shower took 30 minutes to get hot. Parking was dismal. Overall the place was just ok."

"Clean, comfortable, and safe. The room was very spacious. Two suggestions though, take down the TV in the breakfast room. Especially if you want to have the channel on a right wing propaganda channel like Newsmax. Also, there was a cheer team staying at the hotel and it would be wise to stack the families on top of each other so that other guest don't have to hear them practicing at 6am!"

"We had a terrible experience upon arrival. There was an issue with transportation from the airport which was not provided as stated in the hotel description. The staff at the desk was rude and threatened to cancel our 3 day stay (paid for) because we had a “bad attitude”. She appeared to have no training in hospitality which is a requirement in guest relations. This is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was very pleasant."

"the hotel is adequate for the price, no frills rooms, for a reasonable price. The hotel also has a bar, and had a dj playing music w/a food truck and charcuteries for a Friday night, which was unexpected."

"The room was great. The only thing that wasn't great was the outlets wouldn't hold any plugs. The room was clean and suited our needs. "

"The hotel was very nice. The breakfast buffet was very worth it and parking was easy. The location was perfect and right next to the Golden 1 arena. We walked to the venue and felt very safe. "
