Great hotel with amenities

Check in was very simple and quick. The hotel is clean and had everything I needed. The employees are so welcoming and friendly. I was surprised at how quiet the hotel is since it's not too far off the freeway. I had a great night's sleep and if I ever need to stay in the area again, I will rebook here.

Our room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. Our bathroom sink was clogged when we checked in, but they came in and fixed it. Building is older and could use some updating, but it was a pleasant overall stay.

Most of the staff are cool like the asian lady who works in the morning or the cute girl who works nights but some can be rude n creepy like the janitor guy who is always perving on my girlfriend. Like not even trying to hide the fact that he's a creepy perv who watched girls all day. Laterally stops what he's doing to walk past them, bump into them or just stair em down til they leave

Not the cleanest facility all around.. many outlets didn’t work, found a blood stain on the mattress cover.. staff are ok, not really outgoing or friendly but did seem like they deal with a lot of crap from the residents. There are many ppl living at this location. Place seems a bit run down and is not in a great neighborhood.

Plants and trees were very nice. Provided nice shade and a feeling of serenity. The bathroom needed a good cleaning — toilet, bath tub AND the air vent. The dust, dirt and mold on the air vent was particularly unpleasant. The mattress needed replacing — wires could be felt.

You can do better

I would never stay here again. It was dirty. I don't think the bedding had been cleaned. I had two pancakes for pillows. The entire room had shotty work done on it the bathroom being the worst. Two positives.... the a/c worked really well and it was relatively quiet.

I arrived at 8:00 p.m. I went into the very small lobby. The security guard who I had a hard time understanding said the check in person would be back in a half hour and to wait in my car and the security guard would come to my car and bring me in the lobby to check in. That wasn’t professional to me. It was dark and I didn’t feel totally safe sitting in my car. My room was sparsely furnished and there was one plastic glass. There was a sign on the counter in the bathroom that said “if you want shampoo ask at the desk.” The positives were it was quiet and close to the airport and reasonably priced.

Pros- cheap for a quick one night stay. Easy & fast check in with staff. Lots of close by fast food restaurants. Cons- I did not feel safe walking to my car at night because there are a lot of people just hanging around outside smoking pot/cigarette. The counter in our kitchen area of our room was super sticky. Complimentary shampoo is available upon request only. The bed was uncomfortable and the frame was not nailed to the wall. The TV did not work.
