"We were checked in early & upgraded which was a nice surprise. Room very clean, tea, coffee machine, reusable water bottles & gorgeous bar of chocolate all top notch. They’d stay with this hotel, highly recommend it."

"On arrival no greeting, receptionist treated us as an inconvenience, not friendly boarding on rude. Told us our room was in the west wing but no instructions on how to get there, we lef tthe desk and askes concierge he was also ride and said down there. No smiles or interaction. Pretty dissapointing. The room was dirty, dusty and chewing gum uner the bedsde table, im sure its still there, i did not remove it. Pretty disappointing for a 4 star hotel, expected more Although i will say the staff in the cafe were lovely"
