"great location. nice pool. love the L.E.D. lights that change colors at night in the pool. The only thing that was not 5 star is the restaurant. Example is we had a 30-minute wait for a breakfast buffet with 1/2 the tables empty? tables not whipped off. understaffed! Sad to see in this beautiful place."

"The hotel was beautiful, accommodating, clean/very well kept up and staff was very welcoming. First thing i noticed was the clean smell. Followed by warm faces and clean fresh rooms. Very enjoyable. We will return soon. "

"This hotel was awful. Very outdated, Nothing worked, outside was dirty, The minie fridge did not work, cofee pot did not work, toilet seat moved, bathroom door knob broken, the view was awful we asked for belcony and they gave us a room without a belcony. The staf was not helpful all i heard is complain from the front desk women. Will never stay at that awful hotel. "

"The entire place was horribly dirty and smelled so strong of Fabuloso, used to cover something up that I had to leave and get another room. The second room they gave me was less smelly but I was so sick from the smell I had to go to another hotel on my second night"

"Yes we had a beach view. The room was tired and not really of a 4 star standard. Any repairs were poor and messy. The furniture was old and messy. Not really impressed to be honest"
