Refused to let me check in late night and told me don’t ring the bell again (apparently they sleep on property in the back of the check in lobby) it’s a window you go to for check in .i didn’t have my id and said I could have my friend use hers for check in and put her card on file instead . The lady didn’t want to hear it. Check in says anytime . But not for me. Told me no refund either. Cool thanks for stealing my money . 👍👍👍 wouldn’t recommend. God forbid you lose an id and need someone else to rent the room instead. Also was asked how many people were staying as we said 2 we had a friend dropping us off and she was yelling saying he’s not staying here either!! I mean you’re right he was not staying he just wanted to make sure we checked in safely . Clearly the lady was very unprofessional and rude. All we wanted was a place to sleep a couple hours and this lady refusing to let us for a booking I already paid in full for and won’t refund me .

I didn’t like that the AC was not on when we checked in, the room was really hot. The paint was peeling everywhere including the shower. The shower handle was broken and hard to turn on.

Review based on being a male, single occupant:: clean room, updated, convenient to highway/shopping. Not fancy, but easily fits the need for a reasonably priced, clean room. However DO NOT RECOMMEND for single, or traveling together females- find another place, please.

Air conditioner was not the best but after I told the front desk they offered to move me to a different room. We didn’t bother because it was not horrible just not as cooling as we like but it did an ok job. Staff was great, room was clean and acceptable, price for what you got was amazing!

There were no outlets in the bathroom to use your hair dryer. The front doors were locked to the front desk. They use a pass thru window from outside day or night. Room was very old and musty. AC did not work real well.

Room was overpriced for what we got, which was no blanket, no coffee maker, no toiletries, only one little bar of soap. Need to install shelfs, or bars in shower. The step below the door needs lowered. We tripped a fell because of the high step. It was convenient, but we will not be booking this one when we are in the area again.

The property looked well kept and clean. The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The only complaint I could really give is low lighting, the tv was very far from the bed, and the bed didn't have a proper comforter and seemed more like a curtain.
