"Both of the ladies at the check-in desk provided exceptional customer service and they were extremely helpful and friendly. There was a very rude and nasty client at the check-in next to me. The staff handled her with grace and professionalism even though they were well within their rights to toss her out the door. I was sorry to see them get treated this way,"

"Even though this hotel was out of our way, we booked specifically because of the waterpark. We put other plans on hold Friday evening so the kids can have a swim night. The water in the pool was freezing. Someone had to come out and fix it as it was unbearable. It would take hours for the pool to warm up after the maintenance was done and we had to check out the next day. The overall Vibe at the hotel was not the same as two years ago when we last visited. Front desk was not as pleasant or welcoming when checking in. "

"Breakfast was good, and parking was fine. The water in the shower went from warm to ice cold. No matter how warm I set the handle, the water was ice cold. Not a good shower experience."

"Convenient for our airport departure. The 4:30 a.m. shuttle driver was very pleasant! Check-in staff were also very pleasant. We enjoyed a lovely supper at Moxies."
